From the very beginning, we wanted to give you the highest quality product. We were not interested in yerba mate from conventional large area plantations. Therefore, when we visited the farm of our future partner for the first time, we knew almost immediately that it will be a hit. Holly grows there amid a rich flora in the shade of the Chilean araucaria trees towering the area. Why was it so important to us? The answer is simple. Natural diversity in the ecosystem makes the soil rich in valuable nutrients. Plants are healthy and do not need artificial treatment (as in case of large monoculture plantations).
